This is an excellent company. They have a brilliant App that you can access to ask questions, view documents and request updates. 9/10 you get a response within 24hrs as per their policy. They keep you updated everytime they do anything on your account. This could be a search, or sending a request to the sellers/solicitors.
They also email you directly if they need anything from you. They respond to emails quickly too.
In terms of price, I was a bit wary at first as they were considerably cheaper than the solicitors offered to me by my mortgage provider.
However, the price really was what I was quoted from the outset. They kept me updated when monies needed to be paid and sent itemised bills throughout the process. At the end when completed, a final bill was sent (£0) to show what I had paid and to whom.
The staff were friendly, informed and responded to queries quickly.
This is an excellent company, very good value for money and legal firm that can be trusted.

They did the job.
The solicitors were very helpful when I spoke to them, however responses sometimes took a couple of days and perhaps my expectations are too high? The whole conveyancing process is a joke, so not blaming PM, but it’s a constant waiting game.

Helpful, supportive and good communication.
My case was initially delayed due to starting with a different team but once it was placed with Amy things moved more quickly. I found Amy’s team responsive and helpful about my enquiries. When I rang, someone was always available to take my call and most of my questions could be answered straight away. Ryan was particularly helpful when we were dealing with issues with the vendor’s solicitors and provided honest and clear advice about the next steps forward. This felt very helpful and supportive in a stressful time.
