I have used this firm 3 times and all of those times have been absolutely fine, no problem with communication, they have an app with updates yeah sometimes only sometimes its not updated quick enough but its a really good system and App is great.

The Teams I had there was always someone to speak to, to answer my queries, the solicitors gave me good advice.
I saw their ratings before I called them and asked them how they improving their service given the negative feedback they were open and honest about how they were putting in improvements and what they done to improve and in all honesty after that I used them as I said 3 times.
I would and will use them again.

I would give zero stars if I could. I’m using this company to buy my flat. The amount of delays, no communication and me chasing them is utterly unacceptable! I’m almost losing my flat with the slow process. Started this process in December and we’re still going, with no chain on either sides. Im currently with team Shaw which has been no help at all and trying to get a hold of Laura and her team to get an update is impossible. The sales team at the estate agent keeps getting hung up on when calling this team trying to get some information. Would definitely not recommend. I’m horrified reading these reviews, but not surprised with my own experience
