A reassuring and positive experience in every sense!
After my dad died in October 2022, Vikki Lambert was recommended to me for the conveyancing when I sold my parents' house as part of the probate. She and Lauren Golder were really supportive throughout the process.
I felt let down and abandoned by the solicitor who was originally dealing with dad's estate so I asked Vikki if it was possible to transfer the case to anyone at Rogers & Norton.
Susan made contact and was so supportive and positive from our very first contact.
I felt able to talk to Susan openly, and she explained everything so clearly. She always replied to my emails quickly and answered my questions honestly. I felt less anxious throughout the whole process and really felt that Susan 'had my back'. She guided me through my dad's probate and when mum died a year later, helped me navigate the system again.
I find dealing with legal matters very daunting, but Susan was so sympathetic and understanding it made the process easier. She recognised when I was upset and was so compassionate.
At no time did Susan say something wasn't possible or present any aspect of the probate negatively which I found reassuring.
The service and support I received from has changed my opinion of solicitors and I would not hesitate to approach Rogers and Norton for support in the future. I can't thank Susan enough for her support!

Conveyancing and land Registry.
Hi, We initially had a bad experience with a previous conveyancing solicitor, the advice was not based on facts from the land registry. This would make the sale of my late father's estate very difficult and result in the loss of the house sale.
After a constructive initial telephone conversation with Susan Rowe at R&N, we were given Michele Walthers's contact details. As a family, we contacted Michele and progressed with the house sale at a rapid pace.
This, in turn, calmed the buyer's nerves (and ours), leading to the timely sale of the house and the asserted costs of keeping an empty house ready for sale.
The quote we received from R&N was very competitive. The only reason we did not go with R&N first was a referral from our estate agent, and the price was slightly lower.
