Fantastic service from Suzie Walker, highly recommended!!

Another great service from Suzie Walker at wolferstans at Plympton. I wouldn't use anybody else, this is the 3rd time.me and my wife have specifically sought to use Suzie for our conveyancing. Claire Nelson was also very helpful and it made the whole process as hassle free as can be.

Excellent service
Suzie Walker and Claire Nelson completed the conveyancing for the sale and purchase of my properties. They were efficient, excellent at communicating and kept me up to date at every stage of the process. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and were always kind and professional in their communications. I felt reassured that I had the best solicitors to complete my sale and purchase. I would highly recommend their services.

Buying with Ease
We used Suzie and her team when selling our property in Swindon and they did a fantastic job.
This was the same with our new build purchase and Suzie was always approachable and professional, clear and down to earth communication. This was the same for Claire in Suzie team. If one wasn't available the other would be in touch to help support our needs and answer our queries. Would definitely recommend Suzie and the team. And would use again for other products if needed.

Professional service
Found from start of process from. Sale of my current property and the current purchase of my new property and efficient and professional service from both Suzie and Claire. I was provided with all the information throughout that was needed and found if I had any queries they were both happy to help put my mind at ease and support me throughout the process.
Found both of them knowledgeable and professional throughout. Supportive and polite. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
Glad they helped me with my sale and glad they are helping me with the purchase of my new build.

Amazing service
I would like to thank Suzie , Claire and the team. I never waited longer than 30 seconds on the phone. Constant communication and reassurance they really made the whole journey which was a hard time extremely easy!

Excellent Service For Our First New House
Me and my partner had been dealing with Claire and Suzie during the purchase of our first home.
Everything was done in a timely and professional manner, helping us achieve our desired completion date! Contracts and everything were sorted promptly and support was provided to clear up any confusion that came up through the process.
Considering we had never done this before, they made it seem less and gave us the confidence we needed to buy our first home.
Strongly recommend!

Selling and buying of properties
We recently instructed Wolferstans of Plymouth in the selling of an existing property and the purchase of a new property. Both properties were dealt with in a highly professional manner, Communication was excellent and we were kept informed of all the processes as they were dealt with promptly.
In particular Suzie Walker, who dealt with the sale, and Pippa Tanner-Wood, who dealt with the purchase, together with their respective teams, managed our files in an excellent manner and were always at the end of the phone to answer any queries we might have had.
