Conveyancing. Plympton office. We had a somewhat unusual and protracted home purchase experience due to the vendors of the house we were trying to buy. The only thing that offered us solace was that we were working with Karen Hole and her assistant Jane who were always professional, courteous, efficient, patient and communicated with us every step of the way ..they helped us keep our sanity at times! Truly they were the shining stars out of all the people in the mix. Karen worked hard to help organize everyone to push the contract exchange and completion over the finish line..after 7 long months on our end. We were SO grateful it had all gone through and was finally done. Our sincere gratitude goes to Karen and Jane!

My husband and I were pleased on the whole, but there was one disappointment. However, reflected in the voting above. There are two ways of spelling out daughters name and the correct way was printed out on our first meeting. When we were asked to check the documents we noticed it was mispelt on some of them along with an incorrect D.O.B. This had to be correct. Apart from this we were happy with the service provided, Elisha explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. She was friendly and approachable.

Slow start

The process of purchasing some land started very slowly. Had to keep chasing for information on process. This wasn’t helped by the other party’s solicitor either. Things improved greatly when we had a change of solicitor within the group. Thanks to Karen and Jolanda for getting the deal completed

We used Suzie and her team when selling our property in Swindon and they did a fantastic job.
This was the same with our new build purchase and Suzie was always approachable and professional, clear and down to earth communication. This was the same for Claire in Suzie team. If one wasn't available the other would be in touch to help support our needs and answer our queries. Would definitely recommend Suzie and the team. And would use again for other products if needed.

Sale of 11 Langmead Close Plymouth - Conveyancing Dept

Wolferstans is a very good solicitors, but not cheap. At the beginning of the process there were several forms we had to complete which was very difficult for us as we were not the owner of the bungalow, but we gave as much information as we could and provided as much documentation as we could. We also had to provide proof of identity which we had already provided to the "Head of Wills" Dept which are located in the same office. We did at this point inform them that we had used them in 2020 when we sold a property , but we were told this was too long ago. There did not seem to be any communication between the two departments! Also the person dealing with the conveyancing kept changing which was not helpful.
Apart from this the procedure went very well.
NB: This review only concerns the Conveyancing Dept as the Estate is not yet finalised.

Found from start of process from. Sale of my current property and the current purchase of my new property and efficient and professional service from both Suzie and Claire. I was provided with all the information throughout that was needed and found if I had any queries they were both happy to help put my mind at ease and support me throughout the process.
Found both of them knowledgeable and professional throughout. Supportive and polite. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
Glad they helped me with my sale and glad they are helping me with the purchase of my new build.

Wolferstans have been great to work with throughout the conveyancing process. Samantha Loveridge was always professional, fast to respond and did a great job at chasing everything up. Communication was good and it was a pleasure to work with her. The cost of the service was fantastic when compared to qoutes from other firms. I'd recommend to anyone.
