We used Watermans for the purchase of our first flat and they've been fantastic! Lauren was so positive and on the ball with our questions when submitting our offers. She explained the process, timelines and how to manage expectations as well - as first time buyers, it made our experience really great.
For the legal side, we worked with Caitlin and she was also very proactive and responsive throughout. We felt we could ask any questions and she followed up on every ask we had.
We would definitely recommend Watermans to anyone who is considering to buy! Very professional and friendly approach.

In the initial stage, Lauren was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything about making an offer in detail. After that, Caron handled the conveyancing work with professionalism, ensuring everything was completed on time. She was very friendly, and all email communications received prompt replies.
