Probate and House Sale
I initially dealt with Maxine Braham in 2024 who was supporting me with a secondary probate I needed to do. Once this probate was complete I then dealt with Jackie Hand for the sale of the house via auction.
During the probate process I found Maxine to be very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the process. Having never had to do this before I was nervous and didn't know what to do. Maxine took time out on more than one occasion to meet with me to go through the process and next steps and really put my mind at ease.
the probate was completed with minimal stress on my part and when you are dealing with a loved ones estate it can be very stressful, Maxine took a stressful process and made it much easier for me.
Once this was completed and probate granted, I then dealt with Jackie Hand and her team to assist me with all the legal processes and paperwork pertaining to selling a house under auction. Jackie made this already stressful process for me a lot easier and was very efficient and quick in sorting the paperwork and legal documents from her side. This again was a stressful time made easier by Jackie and the swift and efficient way she dealt with me made the process quicker and smoother and allowed for me to finally after two years to close this chapter of my life.
i would like a massive thank you for them and would highly recommend Machins as a solicitor firm if you would like your legal endeavours to be dealt with professionally but also empathetically
