We completed on our first home in August and couldn’t recommend Rosie enough. Dealing with Rosie was was an exceptional experience, she guided us through the whole house buying and selling process (it had been 26 years since we last moved) with an extremely calm and knowledgeable manner, making the whole process easier to deal with. If it was possible to give 0 stars…

This place is horrible and very intrusive for the wrong reasons, the solicitor Jennifer and Reena along with the manager Sarah are very unprofessional hence why I had to go through three firm members just to represent my case properly. This place is a charity and if you want good representation it’s worth going somewhere where your not left feeling empty.

The property team at Machins recently helped me with the sale of my late mother's house. From the initial call to through to the completion of the sale, my experience was very good. Gill and her colleagues handled everything diligently and professionally, explaining the process and ensuring all the paperwork was completed and ready.
