A firm to do business with

I have used Fairstep Solicitors for drawing up my Will and also when I moved house. I found them to be extremely efficient, friendly and approachable. My Will
Jasmin was an outstanding solicitor, so kind and thoughtful. As i have torn a muscle in my right arm, causing my hand to be numb i could not drive to her office so she conducted the work via phone and letters (She had met me in the past). She was so efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Good work!
I don't often make use of solicitors' services so when I do it is important that the whole process is made as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. Fairstep ticked the boxes in this regard and thanks to Jasmin and Sam for all their work. There was one issue with the wrong documentation being sent out but this was quickly rectified so not a big issue.
