Noel Martin is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in our conveyancing department where he helps people in moving home, remortgage, buy to let, lease extensions/variations, new build developments and shared ownership. Noel is very approachable and can advise clients on shared equity, Help to Buy and New Build Schemes which are aimed at helping people get onto the property ladder. Prior to joining Stephen Rimmer LLP Noel has worked across the South East building up a great reputation for acting quickly and efficiently for all his clients. Noel prides himself in offering a great service with a friendly approach to try and make the process as straight forward as possible for all his clients. Client contact is of the utmost importance to Noel and he ensures that his clients are fully informed and kept up to date with their matter. Noel brings a very proactive and client-focused approach to his work. He approaches all transactions with a commercial mind and has a good eye for problem-solving; always providing cost-effective solutions. Outside of work Noel likes to keep fit and is a keen footballer.
