The best experience we’ve had working with solicitors by far! From start to finish, communications were prompt and clear meaning we felt in ‘the know’ throughout the sale and purchase of our move. We had great support from both Martina and Noel with our enquiries being answered. Clearly and have recommended Stephen Rimmer to family and friends. It was refreshing to be able to make use of modern technologies to speed the process along rather than awaiting correspondence via post and coming into the office like we had to with other solicitors in the past. We will definitely be using Stephen Rimmer again should we need legal representation. Thank you!!

Friendly but Sometimes Slow Helpful Once You Speak to Them
We were initially recommended Stephen Rimmer and started buying our first property, which went well at first, but the process dragged due to council delays and we ultimately cancelled that purchase. Transferring to a new property with Lewis Banks was easy and moved along fairly smoothly.
However, there were some issues: the searches he said he started before going on holiday hadn’t actually been done, and we had to follow up via his assistant. Email responses were slow, and sometimes it seemed he hadn’t read our emails until we phoned. A couple of regular updates would have made things much less stressful.
Overall, the team is friendly and competent, but communication could be improved.

Rebecca and Susannah handled my recent house purchase and were both great! As a first time buyer I was nervous as you hear lots of not so positive stories about the conveyancing process, but I can't say the same. Both Rebecca and Susannah were fantastic to work with and the purchase went through smoothly. 10/10 would use again.

I recently bought a flat through Stephen Rimmer solicitors. It was at an auction so I needed an urgent pack review before I placed a bid. Jessica Russell was my contact and solicitor. I have to say she was absolutely amazing, always took my calls where should could and if not called me back that day. She gave wonderful insights and did a thorough deep dive with her team and found out that there were undisclosed works in the pipeline which would have cost me a further £20,000 which ultimately I managed to get off the cost of the property. Without her support and insights I would have significantly over paid. Well and truly worth the money I paid for sure. Her personal approach was brilliant and made the whole transaction so much smoother and palatable than it otherwise could have been. With such a great experience for a fair price I go back to her for my next purchase. I did not have much to do with the rest of the team but they were always polite and helpful which is all you can ask for. Jessica was the hero of the day for me. AWFUL AND APPALING. I simply came here to enquire on behalf of myself and in support of brave ex-RAF Fraud Investigator John Alexander Paterson and I was greeted by the rudest Receptionists on two occasions. Apart from the fact that I want to take legal action against Police Brutality after my face was in the paper as a missing person and I had been assaulted right there outside the Tourist Information Desk near the steps of Stephen Rimmer in Hyde Gardens and dragged in handcuffs and reported as "safe" in the local paper, I met John Alexander Paterson the following year and this brave man has put Stephen Rimmer Corrupt Solicitors on notice. I have been a victim of corruption and this brave man's life is in danger for exposing corruption from within. He has a lot of supporters.
