This was our first experience of using Sampson Coward & we are extremely grateful we did, they were a pleasure to deal with.
Maxine Iremonger acted on our behalf for our conveyancing. What a professional, diligent & friendly solicitor she is.
Maxine replied promptly to emails, answered all questions, was fast, efficient & precise in all the legal proceedings. Every I was dotted & every T crossed.
Maxine was on holiday at the Easter period & as our sale had not yet completed due to complications with the buyers solicitor, she efficiently handed over the reigns to Carol Bedford to continue in her absence. Carol was as diligent, professional & as friendly as Maxine & between the two of them they were able to bring our sale to a successful completion.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Maxine & Carol they are both superb & we will without a shadow of doubt be using them again.

House sale and management of estate
Jessica and Carol throughout the process have been an invaluable support.
Jessica’s gave clear advice and excellent support around bereavement, will and probate and house sale. She did not make it complicated and guided us through.
Carol has been Calm and efficient when dealing with house sale. Helping us pick a path through when we had difficult buyers and it all collapsed around us and helped to go round the bouy again. Had the patience of a saint with the world’s slowest solicitors on the buyers side.
Good value for money, efficient personal service and would happily use again.
