Selling 2 properties.

The sale of two properties was handled with professionalism, and clarity. Fortunately our sales did not pose any knotty legal issues and both went through comparatively smoothly. The only downside was having to deal with the paperwork which had to be completed online, and provided by Legl (sic), but I presume this is standard practice now.

I would certainly recommend this firm.

Super efficient assistance with the administration of an Estate

Emma Lockwood took over handling the affairs of a close relative who sadly died last summer. As the sole executor I much welcomed the friendly and efficient assistance and advice which she gave me. We got probate within six months and had everything wrapped up within a year, coming well below her initial estimate of fees into the bargain. A pleasure to work with her and I look forward to working with her again some day.

This was our first experience of using Sampson Coward & we are extremely grateful we did, they were a pleasure to deal with.
Maxine Iremonger acted on our behalf for our conveyancing. What a professional, diligent & friendly solicitor she is.
Maxine replied promptly to emails, answered all questions, was fast, efficient & precise in all the legal proceedings. Every I was dotted & every T crossed.

Maxine was on holiday at the Easter period & as our sale had not yet completed due to complications with the buyers solicitor, she efficiently handed over the reigns to Carol Bedford to continue in her absence. Carol was as diligent, professional & as friendly as Maxine & between the two of them they were able to bring our sale to a successful completion.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Maxine & Carol they are both superb & we will without a shadow of doubt be using them again.

The process of buying a home was made all the more cumbersome and stressful by using this company. The information I received regarding the purchase of the property, was only received through the estate agents and the vender’s solicitors. On 3 separate occasions I was told the report had been prepared and sent to me and it hadn’t been. I had to wait an extra 2 weeks solely because they had forgotten to order the funds. The whole process lacked organisation and was haphazard. The receptionist gave me more information and was more approachable than the solicitor representing the purchase with email replies received weeks later. In all sincerity, I am unable to recommend this company
