I had experienced many hurdles in the process due to the nature of the purchase however Stephen Rimmer were the constant, ensuring things get done as quickly as possible and reassured me when needed.

Couldn’t fault the service of Roy Bridge
Our purchase was not straightforward, buying a repossession of a shared ownership property where the lender had to staircase to 100% we were dealing with a repossession company, and a housing association who did not seem to care about timescales and completion dates. After the 2nd completion date was about to be cancelled yet again by the other side, Roy managed to get the completion finalised despite them trying to delay again. We are truly grateful for all of the work he and his team put in as we know that this was equally as frustrating for him as it has been for us. We hope not to have to move for a while but if and when we do, we would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him as he was worth every penny.

Solid, dependable service
I was buying a property that was being sold under probate. One seller, one cash buyer. Nothing complicated and yet it took 5 months to complete from time of offer. Where the blockage was I cannot say. What I can say was that Roy Bridge of Stephen Rimmer LLP was professional and always responded promptly to my emails.
If I could suggest one thing…… it would be that a regular update on progress on matters would be helpful. The absence of this has made me award 4 out of 5.
However, In comparison to other solicitors/conveyancers that I have used in the past I would recommend Stephen Rimmer LLP.
