Efficient
Lee was great at keeping us up to date with what was happening with our house purchase especially in the later half of the process, unfortunately the sellers solicitors were not as efficient but Lee kept chasing for us to eventually get the responses and complete our sale. Thanks to Lee and to Aiden too who assisted in Lee’s absence.

Excellent Professional Service
I have used Fairstep for many years as they offer excellent service for a sensible budget which a very professional team who ensure everything is done right. Due to personal experiences I have used them for 3 house move/sales and have never been let down. They followed instructions and ensured I was kept in contact at all times. Would always reply to email or messages when I had a query. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all of your legal needs.
