Lisa Atkinson-Medical negligence
Lisa did a fantastic job on my medical negligence claim. She kept me well informed throughout the process and was extremely helpful and sympathetic along the way. She was very down to earth and was always on hand to answer any questions. Emails were answered promptly and she was never to busy to answer the phone which I found helpful. Medical Negligence
I had a medical negligence claim, that was almost out of timeframe, but with their help, I got an extension, then handed the claim to them. The process has been very smooth and successful.

Court negligence win!
Lisa was competant and answered every question i had promptly.
It took 6 months as the court and police tried to blame eachother
However £3000 (£2400 to me as no win no fee is faster) is not bad for a night in custody!!!!!

Excellent Advice and Support
I contacted Forbes because of a complaint I had with Lancashire Police that was upheld and I needed to know how to take the matter further. Lisa was so friendly and helpful and has provided me with some really helpful background information and guidance on how to pursue the matter through the proper channels. Lisa sent me a wealth of helpful and easy to understand information along with links to various places and departments within the police. I can't recommend Forbes enough and I will definitely use them again in the future.
