Lisa did a fantastic job on my medical negligence claim. She kept me well informed throughout the process and was extremely helpful and sympathetic along the way. She was very down to earth and was always on hand to answer any questions. Emails were answered promptly and she was never to busy to answer the phone which I found helpful.
