Deed of trust
i have been using setfords to buy my first home & needed to sort a deed of trust. Sophie was recommended to me internally. Letters verifying inheritance
Setfords Law was recommended by my financial advisor. I was in need of a number of letters verifying that monies from my Mother's estate was a legitimate payment to some of her grandchildren and sons, all of whom live abroad. This was incase they were challenged by their revenue service.
Sophie Booker, was polite, helpful and supplied and explained useful advice to this end. Over a matter of a few months, as needed, she supplied draft letters for approval, all of which were well worded and to the point. On approval, she supplied the final version copies both in hard copy and electronically. Sophie supplied a professional and pain-free service. I would definitely recommend her services and that of her firm.

Excellent
I have used setfords on many occasions for house sales but when I wanted a solicitor for probate I contacted setfords and got Sophie contact details, from our first phonecall to the last date of completion I couldn’t of been happier with the service I received, Sophie was always on first hand to answer any questions or queries I had and she answered in such a way it was clear and detailed, I would recommend setfords solicitors for many reasons but there professionalism and services are exceptional
