We have just completed on a one-bedroom flat in SE London – Annie did a lot of the detail work in the conveyancing process and demonstrated great abilities as an organiser, interpreter and communicator of information. Annie was always responsive to questions and quick to explain – in plain language – technical and legal points as they arose. Annie and her Setfords colleagues gave the deal their full effort and attention - scrutinising, questioning and chasing as required. Annie is also very easy to deal with personally, and is a great asset to Setfords and whichever client is fortunate enough to work with her.

Shazmin Hirjani handled the sale of my partner and I's properties and the purchase of our new forever home faultlessly. Communication was excellent, she navigated some tricky things with the Land Registry and other third parties and gave excellent advice and was always happy to talk through things we didn't understand. I worked with Merlin Batchelor. Merlin was diligent, informed and to the point. His responses were prompt, often working outside of office hours to give me clarity with urgency. I can't fault his approach.
Setfords are more expensive than my previous conveyancing solicitors, but I consider it money well spent in lieu of the service I received.
I'd highly recommend Merlin and the Setfords team.
