We are so glad we chose to instruct Hayley to deal with our conveyancing for our sale and purchase. Recent house purchase in Ludlow.
I have used the services of Hayley Pearce in the Ludlow office to sell several properties over the past few years, and this month to purchase a new house. She is always on top of things, professional, knowledgeable, easy to contact, and proactive.
From instruction to completion of the purchase, it only took six weeks, and I was kept fully informed every step of the way. Excellent service as usual.

Excellent experience
When we decided to sell our house, the estate agent presented us with several options for solicitors.
We chose MFG Solicitors in Ludlow. Hayley Pearce, an Associate Licensed Conveyancer, was fantastic. She was invaluable and approached her work with great ethics and professionalism. Having her and her firm right on our doorstep made everything much easier, and the entire process of selling and buying was not as stressful as I initially thought it would be.
Once again, I want to thank everyone at the MFG office based in Ludlow.

Home purchase with MFG Solicitors
We completed our first home purchase with MFG Solicitors on the 2nd of July. Our Solicitor was Hayley Pearce, and she was nothing short of exceptional. Hayley was clear and frequent in her communication, and conducted extensive work in correcting the legal documentation. We had some external difficulties throughout this process, which Hayley worked diligently through, providing us with excellent support and reassurance. We consider ourselves lucky to have had Hayley our Solicitor, highly recommend her, and will definitely be using her services again in the future.
