Fantastic experience.

Lucy was fantastic throughout the whole conveyancing process. She was extremely professional and she regularly chased our buyers and sellers solicitors to make sure the purchase and sale went through as quickly as it could.
She had great communication skills and we were kept up to date throughout. Lucy is very personable, knowledgeable and has great attention to detail and I would absolutely recommend her. Thank you Lucy for your hard work.

As a first time buyer I was expecting the process to be quite slow and painful based off of other people’s experiences. However it was quite the opposite thanks to Lucy. She made every clear and understandable with timely responses, I never needed to chase once! I would definitely recommend Lucy to anyone looking to purchase a property!

Excellent Experience - Highly recommend Lucy Beaumont

Thank you to Lucy and the team at MFG Solicitors. Lucy was always incredibly responsive, which I found reassuring. Buying a property is incredibly stressful without having to wait long periods of time for a response, which I'm sure most people can relate to. She managed to get the property exchanged and completed on the same day, even though she wasn't actually in the office that day, but had kindly briefed her colleague Hayley. This meant I managed to get the purchase through just in the nick of time before the increased stamp duty hit. I found MFG via Google but subsequently Lucy was recommended to my by my estate agent also. Good reports all round!

I had a particularly awkward solicitor to deal with from my buyer . Many irrelevant questions and asking for documents at the last minute . Liz and secretary were particularly helpful and supportive in helping to track down information at the last minute and calming my nerves.

Liz offered unparalleled service and advice in a professional but friendly way and her back up through Sandra was equally as good

The legal process was not easy due to unnecessary delays in one part of the chain but Liz and Sandra kept on top of it through out

Sale of a London flat

The sale was complex because it was owned by a trust with various trustees only one of whom was local to the flat. The flat was also in poor condition because it had been occupied for many years by an elderly lady who was not able to maintain it properly. The trustees were not made aware of many of the problems with the flat during her rent-free tenancy. The flat was in a block owned by a limited company consisting of the other owners, none of whom had experience of dealing with the sale of one of the flats. mfg handled the complex sale very professionally.

On retirement of my Solicitor and a new area I had to look for another professional.
I was recommended mfg Solicitors and was so impressed from word go. Met at reception by a delightful receptionist, more than helpful and I have now a very wonderful paralegal. A very professional easy to talk with and work getting done quickly.

I have recently purchased a new build property and used the services of MFG Solicitors in Ludlow. Lucy Beaumont helped make the whole process completely straightforward with her professionalism and clear communication all the way along. Lucy was always very quick to respond any queries I had and updated me with updates and any progress. Even when there wasn’t anything to report she would let me know where we were in the process and what to expect next.
