I was recommended Koysor from Gowan Stevens by a colleague, and had never used them before. The transaction I was dealing with proved complicated and Koysor, Angela and the whole team went above and beyond to make all happen in the timescales required.
At points at the end of the transaction in particular, I was a little pushy to say the least, but they were more than sympathetic to my need to hurry all along, and went out of there way to make all happen.
I would also like to point out that I have dealt with many solicitors over the years, and what stood out was Koysor and the manner he answered calls when I would need to make contact.
Many solicitors feel this is above them … and I respect the way this firm was different and their manner and ability to put the clients needs at the top of their priority list.
I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to use them again or recommend anyone else to do the same … and my sincere thanks to you all at Gowan Stevens once again.

Koysor Miah - exceptional service during our property purchase / sale
Koysor was instrumental in ensuring our chain proceeded and eventually complete. His professionalism and calm help us through a difficult process at without his persistence and commitment our chain would have collapsed (due to issues with our buyers).
His team, in particular Angela, were great to deal with too. Very professional but also personable too.

Smooth from beginning to end.
Koysor Miah and all his staff handled the conveyancing of our mums sale in a highly professional and smooth manner.
We were kept informed at every stage.
Naturally , Impatience on our part came into play , but we were never in any doubt that they were doing their best for a speedy completion.

Sale and purchase of our new home
Koysor and the team were so patient, professional and supportive.
We had a very complicated transition and Koysor was always checking in to make sure things were moving in the right direction and his input and professionalism when things got very complicated were invaluable.
