They quoted a competitive price for the service and the price didn't change, even though I am aware that sometimes things can crop up that might affect it. We have just competed on a house sale. Before all the Covid-19 issues happened, we are already so impressed by Louise & Cathy. Any questions were dealt with by return. After we went into lockdown and everyone was working from home, that brilliant level of service didn't slip - any questions / concerns we had were dealt with so quickly. Louise and Cathy make a brilliant team. To get a completion in these circumstances has been quite something. I appointed them on the recommendation of an estate agent (Williams Harlow) and for the fact they were a couple of minutes walk from my office in Cheam Village - but in the future, we won't look anywhere else - they are the best Conveyancing solicitor we've used in 20+ years. I really would highly recommend them.
