I am extremely impressed with the service I received from Rachel during my recent house purchase. It is the first time I have had to use a solicitor, so I was initially very apprehensive, yet I was guided through the process and kept up-to-date with how things were progressing. I also do not like making phone calls, and so was very pleased that everything could be sorted with all correspondence via email. Leasehold flat purchase
Rachel and the rest of the team at Thomas Flavell were recommended to me as being thorough and very quick to respond to any queries, and I wasn't disappointed. Sale of 60 Hamble, Tamworth
We sold a residential property that had been converted into two dwellings since we purchased it, with one tenant still in situ.
So many considerations and important documents regarding planning approvals and Tenancy Agreement etc. had to be taken into account.
We sold to another property developer so everything had to be water-tight.
We feel that we were carefully, skillfully and safely navigated through these daunting procedures by Rachel Ley who executed the successful completion of the sale on our behalf.

Excellent Service from start to finish
We have used TFS for three differing moves parents from Scotland to England and two of our own every time excellent communication, which is key to a smooth process when using solicitors and lawyers.

Very positive experience
