Kelly and her colleagues, at Thomas Flavell and Sons, were absolutely amazing in handling our house sale. They always answered our enquiries promptly and with patience. They always returned our calls and email questions rapidly. All enquiries with other solicitors were dealt with efficiently and pretty much the same day. They showed great patience and professionalism with these other companies who were nowhere near as efficient and often responded only weekly and had on many occasions had to ask for a resend. Majority of work was completed via the online system. It was so easy to use and updates were immediately. The whole transaction was professional and very quick. Because we were selling a house as executor it was sold at auction and the team went above and beyond to meet the expected timeframe required.
