Very helpful
Tom was really helpful in getting our house purchase over the line despite difficult vendors. Tom always to talk through your questions and concerns. He was never condescending and very responsive.

Excellent and Professional Throughout
Tom has been excellent throughout our house sale, and the purchase of our new property even when the buyers were proving to be tricky to deal with! He was professional and very knowledgeable throughout the process(which ended up being 11 months long) and helped to keep both my wife and me sane, and confident that we would complete. Fantastic Solicitor
Tom has been brilliant in executing the legal side of a property purchase on my behalf! We were looking at a very tight time to completion. Tom understood this and was very swift in producing all the required documentation and maintained great communication throughout the whole process.

Above and beyond service!
Tom was incredible throughout my entire conveyancing process. I used his services for both my sale and an onward purchase. Tom was highly professional throughout both processes and managed my expectations on timings from the start. He is incredibly timely with his responses and also very thorough in his investigations. The service provided by his firm is outstanding, and when he had to leave the office for an emergency, we were provided with a stand-in solicitor (Saranya) who did an excellent job at keeping the pace, especially when the counter-party's side was painfully slow. Tom turned around my purchase exceptionally fast, but without foregoing on quality. It was quite a stressful situation with very tight time frames on my purchase, but Tom kept me updated and chased everyone up until everything was finalised. He continued to offer help and advice, even after completion. I was highly impressed with Tom and the wider team and would not hesitate to use him or this firm again.

Amazing service on our house purchase!
Tom J. was professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient in his advice and support during a very lengthy house purchase. Tom was responsive and always respected our needs throughout the process. Others from the Ronald Fletcher team also stepped in at short notice to cover our file when needed so we were never left waiting. Highly recommended!

Tom Janda is an excellent Solicitor
An absolute gem of a solicitor in a world full of nightmare ones, Tom's service was exemplary and made my entire experience as little stress for me as possible, which I consider very important and worth every penny of his charge. I can't stress enough how much of an asset this guy is to RFB and he alone has made me want to always use him and this company in any further transactions of this type.
He's responsive to emails/calls, clear in his instructions, keeps you up to date, honest and informative about any opinions you might want on a matter, hard working, fast working, professional but still human and friendly. Very proactive and efficient.
