Brilliant solicitor for first time buyers
My partner and I had Mark as our solicitor for our purchase of our first property together and we can’t thank him enough for the hard work and trouble he had to go through.
Going into this process not knowing what to expect is a daunting and anxious experience. But Mark assured us what needed to be done. Buying property is not straightforward and considering we encountered a few obstacles with the EWS1 form we were a bit uneasy about the process.
However Mark knew what he was doing and provided us with all the relevant information.
Mark was responsive with his emails and made sure we were kept in the loop.
It may be easy to fool first time buyers, but we did not feel like this at all. In fact, where there were potential issues, Mark outlined the implications it may have whether we decide to keep or sell in the future. This is how all solicitors should act but unfortunately, this is not always the case.
