GoodLaw Solicitors, and specifically Owen Walsh, were absolutely brilliant. We couldn't have asked for a better service. We had never leased a commercial property before so the process was quite unfamiliar. Owen patiently guided us every step of the way. He answered all our questions promptly and clearly, gave excellent advice and was just generally great to deal with. It made what could have been quite a stressful process much easier. Would definitely recommend. And if our experience with Owen is reflective of the standard of all solicitors at GoodLaw we would use the firm again for any other legal processes.

Commercial property conveyancing
I purchased a commercial property and Owen managed all aspects of the process. He was always on top of every aspect even when things became tricky. He was calm, professional and efficient in the extreme and always available to discuss and advise when needed. I would unhesitatingly recommend him.

Very good service

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish
Owen was absolutely brilliant throughout our commercial lease negotiations. He was very responsive, patient in talking us through what was going on, and very thorough. He’s also just a very personable guy and easy to deal with. We would recommend him without hesitation.

Service and Cost
I have used a number of solicitors in my life and always felt the service provided was not efficient and also the quote was always less than the final invoice. I am pleased to say that Goodlaw Solicitors were very efficiency, excellent communication and detailed professional advise provided. I was pleased to see that my final invoice amount was as per the quote.

A great experience from start to finish
It was a real pleasure working with Owen, he helped guide me through the process and was super quick to respond to my questions.
