After dealing with multiple solicitors, Kim and Adele were a breath of fresh air. The most notable thing was that they were readily available. Whenever I called, they answered their direct lines immediately, not once did I have to leave a voicemail or request a call back.
Other solicitors had baffled us with legal jargon but here we felt we could call and have everything explained in layman's terms without prejudice. Kim and Adele stepped in towards the end of our process and I would highly recommend both of them as file handlers. They were empathetic, efficient and personal.
I'm glad we had the opportunity to work with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent Service
Recently used Easthams to sell a property. It’s been an absolute breath of fresh air to deal with a company that’s both professional and extremely efficient. Completely different experience to a previous house sale with a different company. Highly recommended and will most definitely be using again in the future.

Conveyance
Kim and Adele from Easthams solicitors have once again worked the oracle for me. In 2024 they waded through a raft of difficulties to successfully complete on the sale of my late mother's house and this year I've downsized and moved house myself and had no hesitation to contact Easthams for both the sale of my old house and purchase of a new one. Kim, Adele and the whole team at Easthams including Abi (the legal receptionist who helped me to complete a great deal of paperwork after I'd missed a few sections) have been brilliant from start to finish. They've collectivey kept me informed at every step, stayed positive and bright throughout the process and reassured me that all would be well with tying a sale and purchase together. Conveyances - house sale.
Communication through out the sale was excellent. Any questions were answered in a timely manner. During exchange and completion we were called personally at each point to keep us up to date. Their rates are also competitive and we will definitely use again.

Cannot recommend highly enough
Kim and Adele made such a stressful process so much easier.
They kept us informed every step of the way and never made me feel as though I was asking too many questions.

Excellent support throughout
Amazing support given throughout selling my property, when queried some documentation Kim immediately contacted me to explain what I needed to do. Buyers solicitor causing some delays so Adele made contact to speed things up. Very approachable and easy to speak to, would definitely recommend this firm
