Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Joanne joined our Kirkcaldy office in 2021 as a Legal Secretary. Joanne started her W&AS Bruce journey in our Court Department and quickly made her mark, before seamlessly transitioning into our busy Conveyancing Department.  On 30th April, 2024, Joanne successfully qualified as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal. Prior to joining our team, Joanne gained valuable experience working in the Residential Department of DM Hall Chartered Surveyors for 9 years. She then spent another 3 years as an Asbestos Analyst. Her passion to develop her knowledge further led her to pursue a Paralegal qualification. Now, Joanne’s day-to-day responsibilities include handling various conveyancing matters such as sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and discharges. She also ensures our clients are kept informed about the progress of their sale or purchase transactions. With her friendly demeanour, unwavering dedication, reliability, and trustworthiness, Joanne has made a remarkable impact on our Kirkcaldy team. Outside of work, Joanne enjoys hitting the road on her motorbike whenever the weather permits, or spending quality time with her teenage son. Joanne is a true asset to our office and we’re grateful to have her onboard.
