Adam Smith and his team handled our house move with professionalism, giving us advice where necessary and prompt replies to our correspondence.
On moving day the transaction was done speedily and banking timeously.
We were kept well informed and we have no hesitation in recommending their services.

With regard to costs we have no knowledge of what other solicitors charge but we were happy to pay the amount charged and this had been clearly quoted to us when we initially approached them.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Omar and Denise, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, they were exceptional — exactly the kind of service we were hoping for.
Both communicated clearly and proactively throughout the entire process, always keeping us informed and ahead of any issues. My wife and I decided after 20 years to sell up l, 20 years our experience was horrendous buying our property so we were very anxious not to go through that again. We went to Slater Hogg & Howieson in Livingston to sell and purchase our property. Lisa put us on to WS Bruce in Broxburn.
The service we received was outstanding as it exceeded our expectations. A special shout out to Denise Logan who is amazing in everything she did for us we couldn’t ask for anything more and Omar Mohammed is calm and precise and took the anxiety out of buying and selling.

My husband and I coincidentally met Raegan through an agent during our house search and we haven’t looked back. She has been very excellent and professional at her job. Reagan is quite detailed and would carry you along with everything you need to know and need to expect. She responds promptly to emails and chases up your house buying process till completion. When we met physical, she was completely nice to us and answered most of our questions. I never regretted for a sec having Raegan as our Solicitor and would recommend her to others.

I was fortunate to use W & AS Bruce for a house purchase recently, and was very impressed by their level of professionalism. It would be wrong to single out individuals but the team performed above my expectations, kept me abreast of the process, and provided timely advice and guidance when we hit the inevitable challenges. I would most definately recommend W & AS Bruce for conveyancing.
