Shocking do not use
Original sale of property had an issue with title plan. At no point did Team Owen offer any advice as to how to proceed or how to manage the buyer and their solicitors. This is an issue that has been dealt with in the past as the property had been sold four or five times.
An associated task of splitting a small amount of land from the main title has taken over nine months.
Communication was poor to non existant. Requests for senior management to get involved, fell on deaf ears and ignored.
Advice given as to how we proceed seems more to secure additional fees rather than the appropriate action needed.
All other third parties complained that they could not get any response from PLPL. We learnt most about our sale directly from the buyers until they pulled out. No offer to intercede or how to proceed was made by Team Owen and so our sale fell through.
We feel utterly let down and foolish for having been persuaded to use what we thought would be experts in property law and conveyancing. This they clearly are not.

House sale
When I first started selling my property PM property where always available to update me but nearing completion I was being fobbed off all the time,I didn't know what was happening and my lawyer was always unavailable.On day of completion he sent us forms to fill in!These forms should have been completed months ago.

Unbelievably slow
Far too many problems to relate here including;
Slow action,
Inaccurate paperwork,
Poor communication,
Repeated use of stock phrases on phone and in emails,
Misleading emails

Professional service
Our conveyancing process has handled courteously and professionally - although the "onboarding" through the CoOp Legal system was a chore - up to when PM began their bit. But that's down to the CoOp

Selling my fathers house
The most stressful 2 years nearly, house sold first day to cash buyer it was in a trust it took 2 years nearly becase lack of communication between solicitor and lost paperwork everything took so long, i did get a reduction of 300 hundred pound but had to pay 2500 council tax and electricity and gas and house insurance for 2 years so 300 was nothing compared to what i have been paying out keeping a empty house running

House sale
Average service until I spoke to Reed . The whole thing has been very stressful pleased it’s over and done with . Very stressful waiting for the money to go in handed the keys over and the money wasn’t received until 9 days after completion. After many phone calls to my bank and back to yourselves.

Patient and professional
Very patient with my sale, due to my Trust been dissolved, and always offered good, Sound advice when asked.
All feedback to me was easy to understand, and the application was easy to use.
The process was clear to understand.
Always responded to my email/message queries with 24 hours

Purchase of building plot
We found that PM responded to enquiries promptly the property purchase was from a local authority so seemed to take longer than we thought PM had to contact the seller’s solicitor to progress our only negative would be we would have liked a timeline guide as to completion for transfer of monies from saving account to bank for chaps payment

Land purchase
Although it has been a long process due to the sellers dragging their feet PM have always been very helpful and communicative.

Awful experience
Took ages to get a solicitor set up.. lack of communication. Everything left to the last minute then total panic stations. Other parties had trouble with lack if communication.
