Acting on the sale of a local and well known independent private school to another independent school with a linked property sale. In her spare time she enjoys getting outdoors with her two young children.

Sale of Day Nursery
Rebecca was extremely professional but very approachable and easy to communicate with. She inspired confidence through her legal knowledge and her ability to find a way through the complexities of the sale transaction . She was always very prompt in replying to emails, phone calls etc.

This was a new experience and, honestly one that's not my strong suit. Rebecca Roberts was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, and made the challenges of selling my company, very seamless and straightforward (even though it wasn't!) Dedicated and Efficient Team
James Orpin has handled our commercial contracts for many years and was the natural choice as our lead lawyer when we came to selling the business.
