Rebecca and Paula provided exemplary service. We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Tozers. Rebecca and Paula are patient, responsive, respectful, experienced and extremely helpful.

Even when things were not going to plan with our purchase (not Tozers fault), we felt safe, looked after and we have been well-communicated to throughout.

Brilliant. Sam not only answered every question thrown at him with patience, but swiftly too. He did a great job dealing with an awkward solicitor and ridiculously long wait to complete on the house. Whilst away on leave his colleague Tracy Moreton was also outstanding, especially when the seller's solicitor was extremely unprofessional and rude to her. Due to her 11th negotiations we completed with a narrow deadline and saved the price of the house increasing

Selling my former home

Aimee promptly answered my queries throughout the process of selling my former home in Kent, and chased my buyer’s legal advisers when there appeared to confusion about the expected completion date. I was in the fortunate position of only having to sell a property and not purchase a new one and move at the same time. Both Aimee/Tozers and my Kent estate agents successfully guided me through the complexities of selling a property that was 250 miles away from my new home in Devon

Made the complex, clear!

Handled the sale of my house with aplomb. The advice he gave on a difficult lease saved me from a potentially bad purchase, thank you!

Tozers were very helpful through the process of selling my old home in Kent. They were particularly prompt in sorting out confusion about the expected exchange date (which changed twice) resulting from differing information about mortgage offers in another part of the chain.

A client

What an enormous pleasure and privilege it has been to have the expertise and guidance of Vernon Clarke at Tozers. Absolutely stellar conveyancing services from start to finish. Ours was a complex divorce sale, asset split, and onward purchase, rolled into one. Vernon handled the process beautifully. He’s a legal eagle and spirit guide all in one and made, what should have been one of life’s most stressful experiences, an absolutely fantastic one. Always available to offer his expert advice, knowledge, and compassion, Vernon, alongside his dynamic duo Laura and Michelle, is a dream to work with. I am indebted to him and his fabulous team. Thank you, from my heart.
