Butterworth’s makes conveyancing easier!
I found working with Christine Mason and her conveyancing team took a lot of the stress and hassle out of the completion process.
Older rural properties have an added degree of complexity especially if they have Bore hole water supply and a septic tank / sewage treatment system. All of the legal and compliance issues were handled without unnecessary delay and they kept things moving to achieve the agreed completion date.

House sale conveyance
Property sale conveyance was completed without any solicitor issues. I was kept well informed of the sale process at all times. There was some difficulty in contacting by telephone and had to mainly use email ( I was told this was due to a new automated telephone service). On completion funds were transferred to cash promptly wail copies of billing. Overall a good service I would use again and recommend to others.

House exchange
Christine and her team acted efficiently in what was a straightforward sale. My only concern was that it took a week for the Estate Agent’s account to be settled.
Grant was helpful in advice regarding my late husband’s will.

Brilliant experience
Brilliant experience using Butterworths for the recent sale and purchase of our home. Christine’s team were excellent, especially Joanne. Communication was great, kept us updated throughout and made a stressful experience so much easier. Would definitely recommend.
