We got assigned to work with PMPL through a third party company. Initially we were a bit nervous reading the reviews. But Team O’Shea were absolutely amazing! Our seller took 2 months to send the contract draft and was a pain to deal with but the team still helped us complete 2 months after the contract draft was received! We are honestly impressed with the service, thank you to the team!!

Excellent Experience: Communicative and Professional
I used Team O’Shea from PM Property Lawyers for my first property purchase and found them to be both professional and communicative. Having previously contracted another conveyancing firm for a failed purchase, and encountered a combination of radio silence and incompetence, it was refreshing to work with a company and team who picked up the phone each time I called, giving fresh and clear updates. This easy line of communication completely removed a potential source of stress and provided the reassurance that I could work with my solicitors through the process, including when dealing with a pressurising estate agent and vendor. I’d strongly recommend Team O’Shea to those considering their services.

Great Service

Purchase and Sale of property
Team has been excellent to provide update regularly through the app or via phone/email. The team understood my situation and accommodated my request around completion timing which was very challenging as I was abroad when purchase was completed.
I would give 5 star rating and definitely recommend others.

Made the whole experience quick and painless
Communication was quick and easy through the app with regular progress updates.

Always available
I was completely new to buying a property and Team O’ Shea were great. Megan was always available to speak with me on the phone when I had any questions. Despite some glitches from the vendors side everything was sorted out and completed in time. Thank you.
