Kylie Bourne

Kylie joined PCS in 2025, and is based at our Basildon office. She studied at the University of Westminster before qualifying as an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Kylie has a wealth of experience and technical ability having practiced in boutique, regional and national law firms all over England and Wales since 2015. Kylie has provided legal services both in-house for large corporations and, in private practice since 2009. Kylie has experience of residential transactions in both freehold and leasehold properties, as well as specialising in auctions for both vendors and buyers whilst working with a panoply of clients including, property investors, private landlords and vulnerable persons. She’s always open to a challenge and clients like that she will always think outside the box to get the desired outcome for all involved in the transaction.
