Consumer Rights Dispute
I contacted Natasha after a well known brand ignored my rights under the Consumer Rights Act.
Natasha quickly grasped the key points, the law specifically around the dispute and approached the well known brand with the claim in a very timely fashion.
The well known brand immediately responded and we obtained a full refund of not only the cost of the appliance, but legal fees and out of pocket expenses. I would recommend Natasha to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation.

Recovery of monies owed and handled by Natasha Kelt
After trying to find a Solicitor to take on my case of recovering money owed to me by a local classic car company, I rang Gepps and was put in touch with Natasha Kelt. After a meeting with her and getting to talk to her, her professional approach to things I took her on to handle things.
Best thing I could have done. Natasha Kelt's professional and determination was first class, she managed things and kept me with my feet on the ground.

Incredible experience!!!!
I first approached Natasha after an overwhelming battle with a company about a CCJ I felt was wrongfully served. From the first moment Natasha was very honest and informative, she understood my needs and why I wanted the matter sorted quickly & smoothly. Natasha Kelt
I first contacted Gepps solicitors because they were in Chelmsford and near the courts . My problem being a tenant sueing me for the return of the deposit . I found this situation very stressful and unjust. When I spoke with Natasha she was very helpful very knowledgable and very understanding . Because of her manner I asked if she would defend me . She agreed and from that moment I got my life back. She wrote to the tenants explaining the situation and the outcome was they dropped the case. I will always be very grateful and would not hesitate to recommend her and of course Gepps for employing her.

I recently had the privilege of working with Natasha on a particularly complex and emotionally challenging case involving the settlement of my late parents' estate. Possession and Tenancy advice relating to occupation
Natasha was excellent throughout. When having to navigate the minefield of regaining possession of my rental property from a Tenant who refused to leave the Help and advice given by Natasha was excellent. she ensured she was always available to answer my questions and offer ensure i was protected throughout the process of evicting the tenant. i would definitely recommend her and will make sure i contact her again if i am ever in this unfortunate position again in the future.
