I contacted Natasha after a well known brand ignored my rights under the Consumer Rights Act.
Natasha quickly grasped the key points, the law specifically around the dispute and approached the well known brand with the claim in a very timely fashion.
The well known brand immediately responded and we obtained a full refund of not only the cost of the appliance, but legal fees and out of pocket expenses. I would recommend Natasha to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation.

A Great Big Thank You...

As first time buyers we really didn't know what to expect and what to do most of the time. But Chris Howe and his team from Gepp Solicitors have been so brilliant in helping us aquire our very own first property. The process took a bit longer than what we expect, but this was due to the seller's Solicitors who weren't responding to the inquiries soon. Chris Howe and his team manage to walk us through the whole process explaining what we should & shouldn't do making this process so easy to go through.
Now we have moved into our new home & we are so happy.

I cannot praise Katie J and her team enough for their help with our sale and purchase. Our buyer's solicitors seemed slow and unaware of many things they needed to do, which made us so thankful that we had Katie on top of everything. I cannot praise Bakshi’s team at Gepp enough. From the very start, they have been absolutely incredible—guiding us through every step, from the disappointment of our first house purchase falling through due to the vendor, to finally securing our dream home.

The team is always available when you call or email, and if they aren’t immediately reachable, they always get back to you the same day. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process so much smoother.
