Incredibly friendly and helpful
Eve managed to help me through a massively stressful situation with kindness and professionalism. She was very knowledgeable and immensely helpful even when present with a rather complicated situation. She set my nerves at ease and if her conduct is any indication of how her firm deals with their clients I know my matter will be in safe hands.

Brilliant service
I contacted numerous solicitor firms before speaking with Eve, and the difference was immediately clear. She was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all of my questions.
Eve took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense to me, additionally offering me her line if I thought of anything else post call. Her professionalism and approachable manner instantly put me at ease. She made me feel confident proceeding with PA.
Once I made the final call to instruct, Eve was again on hand, calling promptly and was genuinely helpful. Thank you to Eve, for making what an overwhelming process feel so much smoother.

Friendly and helpful
Original solicitor I had tried to use wouldn’t deal with my case due to the height of my building. Quick google search found this firm and I spoke to Eve, who talked me through every detail and worked on my quote. She was friendly and patient and quick to return my call and answer any questions I had. Pricing all seems to be fair and transparent as well.
All good so far and based on this experience would be happy to recommend this firm.
