Excellent professional and friendly solicitor. Sound advice given and acted upon.

Feedback and review request received by email from Stephen Rimmer on 22/07/25 after receipt of final document. This provided sufficient notice to review the documents and submit considered response.

However, I was disappointed to receive texts from Review Solicitors 16/07/25, 19/07/25 and 22/07/25.
The first text received arrived before I received a copy of the document. I was, therefore, unable to submit a reliable review.

The second text arrived the day after I received the document, and had not had sufficient time to read it.

The third text had the heading Final Notice. This could be perceived as intimidating by some, but it soured what had been pleasant meetings with a successful outcome.

I have been a client of Stephen Rimmer for over 40 years and have happily recommended the company. My daughter is also a loyal client as a result of my recommendation.

I hope that Review Lawyers, and the firms they represent, realise the damage they cause to companies, such as Stephen Rimmer, by adopting this approach to soliciting reviews.

Fantastic friendly service. Adrian used lego figures to explain the different scenarios for our wills and lasting powers of attorney. Adrian was excellent, explaining in everyday language with respect (no difficult language or condensation)
We chose these solicitors after their excellent service dealing with my late mother's estate and house sale
