Hannah and Jade were very friendly and patient with me during my first time buying a house. They answered any questions I had no matter how silly or obvious they were quickly and professionally. They explained everything to me in easy to understand way and kept me updated all the way until the end. If / when we move I'll be using Easthams again.

FLAT 8 CAMPBELL ROAD
Hannah and Jade were extremely helpful throughout the whole conveyancing process. Hannah kindly went through the difficult areas over a phone call. The emails were answered very promptly.

Conveyancing on my house move
Jade and Hannah were very good to deal with and helped ensure completion before SDLT increased on 1st April 2025.
I confess I find sols costs very high but Eastham's were competitive in this particualr markey

Easy transaction
We used Easthams for the sale of our property and the purchase of its replacement. This was the second time we’ve used Easthams, the first being back in 2019.
Despite a problematic sale due to the chain collapsing further down, we managed to get a new buyer and progressed to completion very quickly, and most importantly before the changes to stamp duty rates!
Thanks to Hannah and Jade for their work. We had no problems with the conveyancing. I would not hesitate to recommend the firm to anyone looking for conveyancing services!

Happy customer
I used Eastham’s for conveyancing services. I was assigned solicitor Hannah and her assistant Jade. I was happy with every step of the process - they were quick, proactive and always extremely professional and friendly. I received phone calls and emails regularly keeping me up to date. They were also very honest as I even received money back at the end of my purchase. Would definitely use again!
