Purchasing new home.
I have bought and sold a few houses in the past, always used Forbes with Kathryn Lofthouse and Jennifer Ross overseeing the process. I have just completed on my new home and the service I have received has been brilliant. They are so responsive, helpful and friendly. The cost is reasonable too. Friends have suffered long drawn out processes with solicitors who are slow to answer, with one telling clients not to chase her up in her email signature! Nothing could be further from my experience. Couldn’t recommend Forbes more.

Wonderful!

Would highly recommend
I was amazed at how fast they got the got things moving,buying a house has got to be the most stressful thing you will ever do ,and Jennifer/Natalie worked very my behalf the get the job done right & swiftly,even going as far as getting the asking priced reduced by £5000! Can't thank them enough,they made a very stressful time for me alot easier to bare! Thank you so much!x

House sale and purchase
Forbes dealt with both the sale of our property and purchase of a new one.
We dealt with Hayley, Natalie and Jennifer and all were great. Good communication and very prompt answers to any queries.
They also made a huge effort to get this completed before Christmas.

Aamir and Jennifer of FORBES SOLICITORS performed a miracle
Aamir Dahaya and Jennifer Ross managed to meet a near unrealistic Completion Date,with regards to the Sale of our property.
Forbes was recommended to to us by a former Client and my wife and I were at first worried to
do this all on line, without ever meeting our Solicitor face to face. But it all worked out more than
perfect. Aamir sometimes responded within minutes. Virtually each call I made, went straight
through to him. He was always welccoming, responsive and patient (I am a little deaf).
Just one suggestion. Aamir admits he is softly spoken, but I think it might be a good idea for a technical person to have look at the telephone equipment. Running a business, I have contact with many companies and inspite of being a little deaf, the sound quality of some calls is absolutely brilliant (I can supply some phone numbers).
Aamir's commitment to push this through was amazing. I don't think there are many Clients who
can say, that their Solicitor rang them at 8pm, to keep the ball rolling. If the Completion Date would
have been missed, the Buyers would have lost their Mortgage Offer.
Thank you sooooo much, Aamir, Jennifer and Forbes Solicitors. I'll take every opportunity to recom-
mend you.

Exceptional work on a difficult case
Forbes recently represented me in the purchase of my first home. I was really pleased to have acquired their services as I was aware that they are a popular firm, and they certainly lived up to their reputation, providing exceptional service throughout the process. I was unaware of the additional challenges created by purchasing a leasehold property (particularly a very old one with plenty of quirks!), but I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness with which they navigated the additional aspects of the purchase. Even better still, they did so without charging any additional fees. My needing to move out of my rental property at the end of my tenancy agreement created quite a bit of additional pressure, but Forbes managed to meet the tight deadlines, all whilst maintaining their commitment to the highest possible standards.
Whilst I am mindful that the process required input from various individuals at the organisation, I am particularly grateful to Aamir Dahya for the huge amount of work that she put in, meeting the earlier mentioned deadlines and for providing prompt and clear responses to my (many!) questions for several months. Thank you Aamir - you are a credit to Forbes and I wish you and the team all the best for the future!
