Had a very positive experiencing using Talbot Law as the solicitors in buying my first house.
You often hear very negative stories about solicitors and their lag in replying but Sherian and Esther were great in communicating and keeping us updated. I loved the handy ‘Your Purchase Process’ document that was included with every step so you could keep track of where you were and what was expected next. We were never left in the dark.
I appreciate their efforts in helping us to complete before the change in Stamp Duty Tax as I know how inundated they were at this time. They never complained and set realistic goals for when things were likely to happen by so we were never disappointed.
Many thanks to Beverley also for sorting out the Declaration of Trust. It was such a simple and easy process to have that peace of mind moving forward.
