Paralegal

Lukas completed his LPC and LLM at the University of Law in March 2024 with distinction. During this period Lukas also qualified as a mediator, and he has since been offering mediation services. Prior to joining Carter Bells in August 2024, Lukas gained experience as a paralegal in a regional Surrey-based law firm. Working in the private client department, he is often involved with completing Estate Administration, which includes obtaining probate, the renunciation of executors and submitting inheritance tax accounts. Lukas also aids in the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Deputyship applications and Inheritance Tax planning. Lukas is known for his calm, focused and logical approach in ensuring that an effective and economical solution is reached. Lukas additionally offers mediation in the civil, community and commercial sectors. This includes matters such as private client, landlord-tenant and business disputes. He is committed to resolving these in a collaborative and mutually beneficial manner. He grew up and is based locally. Outside of work he enjoys being physically active by climbing and doing fitness. Lukas is fluent in German.
