Lucy and Helen at Rothera Bray were absolutely fantastic with dealing with out sale and purchase of properties. It was a very difficult chain and a long process but Lucy was there throughout and was always on hand to help answer my questions and put my mind at ease, she was always patient and kind and got to me quickly every time. Would highly recommend to anyone and would use them again for any solicitor requirements in the future. Thankyou all so much. Cannot thank you enough for everything.

I have been extremely impressed with the service provided by Rotheras, they made my house buying process simple. In these difficult times, given Covid 19, it is not easy to carry out professional work with speed and efficiency. However, I found that Lucy Pettitt and Ellie May Robinson overcame the difficulties admirably and gave a very professional service and were most helpful in keeping me informed throughout the transaction. They both showed a care in their work and moved the transaction along speedily and efficiently to completion.

My experience of Rotheras from start to finish was fantastic. Lucy Pettitt was professional, courteous, hard-working and answered all our queries thoroughly and in a timely manner. Our house moving chain wasn’t particularly easy due to factors outside our control, however Lucy managed to make it a smoother process and went above and beyond to ensure our sale and purchase completed. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Conveyancing department.

Lucy Pettitt handled our house sale and purchase and the whole process was faultless from start to finish...I knew that if something was on her desk on a Monday it would be on my doormat on the Tuesday. Her advice was honest when we hit a hurdle and I wouldn't hesitate to use Rothera Sharpe again :)
