I desperately needed my mother's house putting in mine and my sister's name after my mother passed away. I enquired on a Monday and told them that it was pretty urgent, we had a mortgage waiting on it. After a lot of leg work on my part, getting forms filled in and identification sorted, they uploaded the assent form to the Land Registry the following Friday and by early afternoon it came back done, I couldn't believe it. The service was incredible, I must particularly mention Samantha Buckle who was tremendous, thank you so much for your great work.

Efficient & Excellent Service for Lasting Powers of Attorney

We have received outstanding support from Nelissa Hicks and her team at Rothera Bray in Arnold.
She clarified all the steps required in processing the lasting Powers of Attorney and progressed our application to the Office of the Public Guardian with no hiccoughs (that I understand can be a major hurdle). If you are looking for an efficient and competent Solicitor in this field we would strongly recommend her.
