Hi we use Rothera Bray when purchasing our first house.

We found them online through looking at a lot of positive reviews and we’re also on the least of recommended by the estate agents.

We cannot fault them at all, we have Tina Rana and Sarina assignment us and both were great.

Tina was super prompt and speedy at everything she had to do our side and all in got a fast competition (based off no chain sale)

She explained everything we didn’t understand thoroughly and had a really nice friendly approachable manner even if we had the silliest of questions.

Tina Rana handled our home purchase, the whole process was simple and moved along quickly.
