Supportive & Professional Service
My solicitors provided an excellent service to enable me to write my will. The initial meeting addressed all my questions and concerns - I never felt rushed. The process was clearly explained. Throughout the process my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. I would definitely use Poole Alcock again and would recommend their service.

Proud to say Daisy Mason did a fantastic job at the Alsager Poole Alcock offices with the process of my will - very caring & considerate.
I lost my sister and had to rearrange my appointment at short notice, she is a gem.
Along with Daisy Mason the receptionist was brilliant at her job also.

Very pleased with the efficiency & friendly approach by all staff.
Pleased that it was stress free for me at a time when i was upset at losing dad and organising his funeral.

Easy Will Writing Process
We had put off doing our wills for decades as it was in the 'too difficult' box for us. We were wrong!
Daisy talked us through the whole process gave us clear advice on the various implications of our decisions and our wills are now done.
Daisy was excellent throughout and we would not hesitate to use Poole Alcock again.
