House sale and purchase
Pauline made what can be, somewhat a complex situation and experience, a lot easier through clear and concise communication, providing detailed summaries and explanation, and enabled us to easily contact her, with any queries necessary.
Readily available to us and working on a tighter time frame, Pauline went above and beyond for us, to ensure that there was no delay and acted quickly to each element.
Pauline put us as ease, ensuring that we knew that we could approach any question with her, if we were uncertain and we put our faith in Pauline's extensive experience which was absolutely apparent.
We genuinely, would utilise Pauline's services again, should we ever need assistance in the future.
A very professional and personable approach provided which is paramount, when dealing with a big change such as a housemove!
This isn't our first move, though it was the best conveyancing experience had.

Great service received!
We contacted Pauline Hodgson from Smith & Co Solicitors to deal with the sale of our property and purchase of another. Pauline's communication from start to finish was fantastic and certainly not what we have experienced from previous solicitors we have used! Outstanding Service for Buying and Selling Our Home
Having never really been through the buying AND selling experience before I wanted to find a local solicitor. Smith & Co appeared during our searches and due to having multiple offices in both towns were I live and work, I completed an online quote. Once the quote was returned, I noted that not only were they extremely competitive, but they listed everything as clearly as possible.
After an introductory call with Pauline, I instantly felt at ease as everything I had mentioned Pauline understood and provided her view and advice. We knew that Smith & Co were the firm to use!
Throughout the process, Pauline was extremely helpful and provided advice and explanations on a few things I wasn't to sure about. Of course, there were issues during the sale and purchase and many of them - Yet, each and every time Pauline had it in hand and we battled through each one until they were resolved, keeping in frequent communication.
I personally feel Pauline went above and beyond before, during and after the process was complete and I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Pauline to others, or indeed in contacting Pauline for any future purchase or sale for myself.
